1. Acceptance

By using WealthS (the "App") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

2. What WealthS is

WealthS is a personal tool to help you record and view your own financial information and split expenses with people you choose. It is provided for personal, informational and organizational purposes only.

3. Not financial advice

WealthS does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal or accounting advice. Net-worth figures, valuations, tax classifications, interest calculations and any other numbers shown are estimates based on the data you enter and on third-party rates that may be delayed or inaccurate. Always verify with qualified professionals and official statements before making decisions.

4. Your responsibility for data

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your own backups. The core ledger is stored on your device; if you lose or reset your device without a backup, that data may be unrecoverable.

5. Third-party connections

If you connect a broker (e.g. Zerodha Kite) using your own credentials, your use of that service is governed by that provider's own terms. WealthS is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any third-party broker, exchange or data provider.

6. Acceptable use

  • Don't use the App for unlawful purposes.
  • Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for malicious purposes, or abuse the sync/notification services.
  • Only add other people to splits where you have a legitimate reason to do so.

7. Availability

The App and any optional sync/notification services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WealthS and its maker are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or financial outcomes arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the App evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
